Many lunches include spreadable ingredients like peanut butter and jelly. While knives are often the utensil of choice, they often tear the bread. Why not use the back of a spoon instead? You can use the spoon to dip the ingredient and the use the back to spread it without tearing the bread.
Simple as a PB & J!
